This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Bot Productions for the MediaCD 2.0 software product accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and assocated electronic documentation ("Product"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the Product.
Unregistered Shareware Version
The license information in this section applies only to the unregistered version the Product. You can confirm whether the Product is unregistered shareware by selecting "About MediaCD" from the "About" menu in the MediaCD Configuration Editor.
Evaluation License: MediaCD 2.0 is not a free program. You are hereby granted a limited license to use this version of MediaCD for up to 30 days before you are required to purchase a complete license (see How to Register in the online help). If you elect not to purchase MediaCD 2.0, you must remove it from your hard drive after the evaluation period expires (see Uninstalling MediaCD 2.0 in the online help).
Registered Version
As a licensed user of MediaCD 2.0, you are entitled to install MediaCD on one machine and enjoy unrestricted use of its capabilities. You may freely create and distribute CDs containing the MediaCD runtime files (MediaCD.exe, autorun.inf, and a configuration file created with MediaCD Configuration Editor). You may not sell such CDs without express written permission from Bot Productions.
Copyright
The Product is copyright 2002 Bot Productions. You may not disassemble, decompose, reverse engineer or alter any of the files in the Product.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Product is provided "as is" and no warranty of fitness for a particular use or purpose is offered. Liability shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or use of MediaCD 2.0 or other software, or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other similar claims, even if Bot Productions has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Bot Productions's liability for any damages to you or any other party ever exceed the actual price paid for the license to use MediaCD 2.0.
Bot Productions specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
